
Current Volunteer Opportunities
- Blackstone Valley Visitor Center,
Lincoln, RI: Volunteers are needed
for the I-295 Center in Lincoln, Rhode Island. The Center is staffed 7 days
a week from 9-5. The Center provides all types of visitor information
services including brochures and rack cards of tourist attractions, events,
restaurants, etc.
Shifts are a minimum of 4 hours and site training is free. Computer
knowledge is helpful, but not necessary, however, you must enjoy meeting
people. The Center is located in a new state park facility along with a
Dunkin' Donuts.
- Polar Express: This year's
event will be held on Nov 3 and 4, 10 and 11 and then finish on the 17th. We
need presenters, hosts, singers and retail sellers.

- Explorer: Volunteers needed for crew &
site set-up/take down for
Sunday Public Tours beginning in June through October 29. For more

RiverSing on the Blackstone, Saturday, June 16th.
